Your Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassador: Serve as a public face of This is Jamaica, representing the organization at community events, schools, and conferences.
• Community Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, schools, and community organizations to expand the reach of This is Jamaica's programs.
• Fundraising: Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support scholarship programs and other initiatives.
• Program Development: Collaborate with the organization to develop and implement new programs and initiatives aligned with the mission.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to young poets and artists, fostering their creative development.
• Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support This is Jamaica's programs and events.
• Public Relations: Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase awareness of This is Jamaica and its impact.
• Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and execute poetry slams, workshops, and other events to engage the community.
